Mesa County Public Health launches Grand Valley Connects to assist Mesa County residents with identifying programs and services they may be eligible for (including SNAP) to help meet their needs as well as support them through the application and enrollment processes, so they may be able to improve their economic position and/or support their physical and behavioral health.
