The Let’s Do Good Well Strategy Mapping Tool was created to be accessible and replicable to make action planning more attainable for organizations of all sizes. Using this tool, trainers walk leaders through a holistic process of strategy development, empowering individuals and teams to feel confident about their direction and next steps. Through a personalable approach to question, answer and reflection, Knudsen Coaching & Consulting walks leaders through an organizational visioning process to identify key arms of business and priorities. After naming these desired outcomes, each leader is then guided through a pencil to paper exercise to bring detailed action and accountability that drives results.
