Succession planning – a difficult process. An effective board president is term-limited. A founding executive director retires at last.  A project manager gets a great job offer elsewhere. Can the transition to someone new be painless and thoughtful?  Do you even need to think about these things if you’re a new organization? What plans and policies should you have in place? In this workshop, Denise Clark will provide best practices and suggested policies for nonprofits at any stage of their development so that disruption is minimized – and opportunities for thoughtful evolution are maximized! We encourage organizations to register both board and staff members!
