Discussion will cover creating benchmarks and evaluating current fundraising activities and revenue streams, then using this information to create realistic, grounded goals for future resource development.

Takeaways will include how to break strategic fundraising goals into actionable, measurable work; samples of key fundraising and performance reports; and information on using donor software as an analytics machine (including user information on eTapestry, GiftWorks (FrontStream), DonorPerfect, Raisers Edge and Salesforce).
