Western Colorado Community Foundation

Charitable endowments for community good

The Western Colorado Community Foundation is a nonprofit public charity established by local community leaders in 1996.  Our mission is to promote charitable giving, build and manage charitable endowment funds for community good, and provide grants, scholarships and other resources to benefit the residents and communities of western Colorado.

We serve a seven-county region that includes the communities of Mesa, Garfield, Eagle, Rio Blanco, Delta, Montrose, and Ouray counties.

We work with community-minded donors who share an affinity for western Colorado, the place we are privileged to call home.  The Western Colorado Community Foundation is a collection of many different charitable funds, each separately accounted for and with its own design and purpose as described by the donors who establish the funds.  We invite you to learn more about our regional community foundation.
