Board and Staff

The Western Colorado Community Foundation is governed by a 20-person board of trustees that is comprised of community leaders and people with background and expertise in nonprofit management, investments, marketing, law and other professions. We have at least one board member from every county we serve. Our board meets four times a year.

This board appoints our standing committees, including a Finance and Investment Committee, Audit Committee, Grantmaking Committee, Marketing and Development Committee, and Human Resources/Personnel Committee. Board committees frequently include non-board community leaders as members.
